Montreux Jazz Festival in Japan 1999

Held every year in Montreux, Switzerland, the Montreux Jazz Festival (MJF) is a music event which goes beyond the boundaries of genre. Coming to Japan for the second time. Asakusa Samba Carnival
12am-9pm. 1999 marks the 19th anniversary of this annual Samba event presenting various attractions in four designated areas, and a great parade contest with about 40 groups (3,500 people), that starts from Bashamichi Dori (near Sensoji) along Kaminarimon Dori from 2pm until 6pm.

Area 2: Personal computer terminal where you can register your vote for the best group of the parade.
