World Folkloriada (CIOFF)

CIOFF, the Conseil International des Organisations de Festivals de Folkore et dArts Traditionnels is an international non-government organization that has been helping reinforce ethnic identity for 30 years. Held once every 4 years in different countries, this is the 2nd time the festival has taken place. Over the 6 days of the festival, 2000 performers will participate in a variety of folk art events, including parades, exhibitions, workshops, and dancing & music performances at a host of venues in Shibuya.
